Kairos was brought in to build SMI's corporate profile from the inside out. Rather than treat this as a standard company shoot, we paired on-site documentation of the work itself with individual portraits of the people behind it — leadership, engineers, and team members alike. The result reads less like a corporate brochure and more like a feature story: a brand that does technical, unglamorous work, presented with the same care as a lifestyle editorial.
